You may return any item (including major faulty items) within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or major faulty item, etc.).
All returns (except major faulty items) must be in original condition, unworn with tags still attached.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We can ship to virtually any address in the Australia. Note that we do not ship to international destinations.
All orders within Australia will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1 business day of receipt of payment, orders received before 3:00pm Monday - Friday will be dispatched on same day from our warehouse, shipping time is an additional 1 - 5 business days in metro areas and 1 - 10 business days in regional areas from dispatch date for Standard Shipments. Next business day delivery for Express Shipments, this covers 80% of Australian addresses.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping cost based on the items and the shipping options you choose.
Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and shipping provider's web site address. Using these details order can be tracked.
